These terms govern your use of the Savian investor portal at investors.saviangroup.com, operated by PT Savian Investasi Indonesia (“Savian”, “we”, “us”), a foreign investment company (PMA) incorporated in Indonesia under business registration number (NIB) 2807230236903, with its registered office at Jl. Raya Sanggingan, Kedewatan, Ubud, Gianyar, Bali 80571, Indonesia. By signing in, you accept them.
1. Who may use the portal
The portal is private. Access is granted by invitation to investors who hold, or have committed to, a property in a Savian development, and to Savian staff. There is no public registration.
2. Your account
Your access is personal. Keep your password confidential, and do not share your account or let anyone else sign in with it. Tell us at once at privacy@saviangroup.com if you believe someone else has gained access.
We may suspend or withdraw access if an account is shared or misused, or when your relationship with Savian ends.
3. What the portal is — and is not
The portal exists so you can follow your own investment: financial figures, construction milestones, photographs and documents.
It is not an offer. Nothing shown here is an offer to sell, a solicitation to invest, financial or tax advice, or a recommendation of any kind.
Your signed agreements prevail. Figures and dates are shown for information and updated as the project advances. Estimated delivery dates and completion percentages are indicative and may change. Wherever anything shown here differs from your signed agreements with Savian, those agreements govern.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not republish or distribute the content of the portal beyond your own use and that of your professional advisers.
- Do not attempt to reach another investor’s data.
- Do not probe, disrupt or interfere with the service, or extract its content by automated means.
5. Content and ownership
Photographs, documents, plans and text, together with the SAVIAN and SOLEA names and marks, remain the property of Savian or its licensors. You may download and keep the documents concerning your own investment for your own records.
6. Availability
We work to keep the portal available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend it for maintenance, and we may change or withdraw features as the product evolves.
7. Liability
So far as the law permits, Savian is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the portal, nor for decisions taken on the strength of information shown here rather than on your signed agreements.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will revise the date at the top. If a change matters to you, we will say so by email. Continuing to use the portal afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Should a dispute arise, we will first try to settle it by good-faith negotiation. If no settlement is reached within sixty days, either party may bring the matter before the District Court of Denpasar, Bali.
This mirrors the dispute-resolution clause of your investment agreement deliberately: one relationship should not be governed by two different routes depending on whether the disagreement began on this portal or on paper.
